Mobile Program Terms and Conditions

Costs:

There is no subscription fee or purchase required to participate in the Alliance for Climate Protection mobile program. You will be notified if there are fees associated with any premium content offered through the program. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. Check your mobile plan for details.

Agreement:

By subscribing, you consent to receiving, from time to time, further text messages from the Alliance related to our mission. The Alliance and its vendor will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an as is basis.

Data we collect:

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

To stop:

If at anytime, now or in the future, you elect to cancel your subscription to the Alliance For Climate Protection SMS Alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time by texting 'STOP' to 90999.

Privacy:

Mobile phone information collected through the Alliance Mobile Program will not be sold or shared in any way inconsistent with our privacy policy.

Eligibility to participate:

The Alliance Mobile Program service is available to all major US carriers.
